Welcome to East of the Oven!

I’m Jessica, and I live in the eastern side of the country, the East coast of Florida, and do my prep work in the kitchen on the East side of the oven. I’m not a trained chef, I just love food. I work in the meat market at a local grocery, and am surrounded by food all day long, so it’s hard not to think about what I’m going to cook for dinner. 😉
